Stat. § 68-141","body":"The county board or hearing examiner, as the case may be, shall use the following procedure for all hearings:\n\n(1) Tape-record the hearing;\n\n(2) Make a decision within thirty days following the hearing;\n\n(3) Make the decision based upon the evidence adduced and the law;\n\n(4) Provide the claimant a written copy of the decision setting forth findings and conclusions; and\n\n(5) Preserve the tape of the hearing and all exhibits offered at the hearing for not less than sixty days following entry of the hearing decision.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 68"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=68-141","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"e25e4d69e64a572a437d9a027836ebc54c79ab1650db8f5bc9107754fcd919d1","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-68-1406","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-68-142"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
