Stat. § 68-1525","body":"Respite services made available through the Nebraska Lifespan Respite Services Program shall:\n\n(1) Include a flexible array of respite care options responsive to family and caregiver needs and available before families and caregivers are in a crisis;\n\n(2) Be sensitive to the unique needs, strengths, and cultural values of an individual, family, or caregiver;\n\n(3) Offer the most efficient access to an array of coordinated respite services that are built on existing community support and services;\n\n(4) Be driven by community strengths, needs, and resources; and\n\n(5) Use a variety of funds and resources, including, but not limited to:\n\n(a) Family or caregiver funds;\n\n(b) Private and volunteer resources;\n\n(c) Public funds; and\n\n(d) Exchange of care among families or caregivers.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 68"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=68-1525","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"37f6a8999ba84dcf78277c4160162dcdc3270212bd14e009d67da11bc231da1c","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-68-1524","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-68-1526"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
