Stat. § 71-256","body":"(1) A barber shop may employ licensed barbers, according to the licensed activities of the barber shop, to perform home barber services by obtaining a home barber services permit.\n\n(2) In order to obtain a home barber services permit from the board, an applicant shall:\n\n(a) Hold a current, active barber shop license; and\n\n(b) Submit a complete application at least ten days before the proposed date for beginning home barbering services.\n\n(3) The board shall issue a home barber services permit to each applicant meeting the requirements set forth in this section.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 71"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=71-256","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"ec69d8f60db9d2d20a00a59995e765fe352e92d94ea4fad25f0132f9791a3a29","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-71-255","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-71-257"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
