Stat. § 71-6322","body":"To qualify for a license, a firm shall:\n\n(1) Own or demonstrate immediate and continuing access to and maintain in operable condition modern and effective equipment, as prescribed by the department, which is designed for use in abatement projects;\n\n(2) Ensure that each employee or agent of the firm who will participate in an abatement project is licensed as required by the Residential Lead-Based Paint Professions Practice Act;\n\n(3) Demonstrate to the satisfaction of the department that the firm is capable of complying with all applicable requirements, procedures, and standards pertaining to abatement projects; and\n\n(4) Meet any other standards which the department may deem necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all classes of lead-based paint professions and the general public.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 71"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=71-6322","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"193aacbb358a0507feea9d958456100ff6a8e940e791debe055747db0fb8ac69","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-71-6321","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-71-6323"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
