Stat. § 71-7106","body":"There is hereby created the Interagency Management Committee. Each member of the council shall designate a representative of his or her agency to be a member of the committee. The committee shall be responsible for:\n\n(1) Planning and budget development;\n\n(2) Program development and evaluation;\n\n(3) Coordination of program activities and emergency response;\n\n(4) Providing a mechanism for quality assurance which may include certification of critical incident stress management team members;\n\n(5) Identifying critical incident stress management regions;\n\n(6) Developing regulations and standards;\n\n(7) Arranging for and supporting training of critical incident stress management teams; and\n\n(8) Providing backup to regional critical incident stress management teams.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 71"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=71-7106","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"cb4ac860112e87d6bb11990ef32e924a07286e8f4134ec9637e8890c9ef5af2f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-71-7105","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-71-7107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
