Stat. § 76-1707","heading":"Instruments for time-share estates; contents.","body":"Project instruments and time-share instruments creating time-share estates shall contain the following:\n(1) The name of the county in which the property is situated;\n(2) The legal description, street address, or other description sufficient to identify the property;\n(3) Identification of time periods by letter, name, number, or combination thereof;\n(4) Identification of time-share estates and when applicable the method whereby additional time-share estates may be created;\n(5) The formula, fraction, or percentage of the common expenses and any voting rights assigned to each time-share estate and when applicable, to each unit in a project that is not subject to the time-share program;\n(6) Any restrictions on the use, occupancy, alteration, or alienation of time-share intervals;\n(7) The ownership interest if any in personal property and provisions for care and replacement; and\n(8) Any other matters the developer deems appropriate.","path":["Chapter 76 - REAL PROPERTY"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=76-1707","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"f68d3312949b530cc830d8d3ab3761a66afbf4f1af233798826eb3981c0f9e7b","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-76-1706","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-76-1708"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
