Stat. § 76-2607","heading":"Notice.","body":"(a) A copy of an environmental covenant shall be provided by the persons and in the manner required by the agency to:\n(1) Each person that signed the covenant;\n(2) Each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the covenant;\n(3) Each person in possession of the real property subject to the covenant;\n(4) Each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property subject to the covenant is located; and\n(5) Any other person the agency requires.\n(b) The validity of a covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the covenant as required under this section.","path":["Chapter 76 - REAL PROPERTY"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=76-2607","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"8122d68005bb17d796fc6ae5ff6e0615bf25a7b9d3d7bfc68235b467086790ec","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-76-2606","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-76-2608"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
