Stat. § 77-1393","heading":"Historically significant real property; State Historic Preservation Officer; rules and regulations.","body":"The State Historic Preservation Officer may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out sections 77-1385 to 77-1394, including, but not limited to, provisions that:\n(1) Preclude the issuance of a conditional, preliminary, or final certificate of rehabilitation for any owner-occupied single family residence if thirty percent or more of the dwelling space is new construction outside the existing structure;\n(2) Specify what costs are eligible to meet the twenty-five percent minimum specified costs and make ineligible those costs attributable to new construction outside the existing structure; and\n(3) Allow the issuance of a certificate of rehabilitation for a condominium.","path":["Chapter 77 - REVENUE AND TAXATION"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=77-1393","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"f2500dd52037297a11d1f67a15b93ea983879e5b9f75abd0fc2597b9d887721e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":true,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-77-1392","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-77-1394"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
