Stat. § 79-1007.10","heading":"Cost growth factor; computation.","body":"(1) For state aid calculated for all school fiscal years except school fiscal year 2010-11, the cost growth factor shall equal the sum of: (a) The basic allowable growth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (b) the basic allowable growth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year immediately preceding the school fiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed.\n(2) For state aid calculated for school fiscal year 2010-11, the cost growth factor shall equal the sum of: (i) One; plus (ii) the basic allowable growth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (iii) the basic allowable growth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year immediately preceding the school fiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (iv) two percent.","path":["Chapter 79 - SCHOOLS"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=79-1007.10","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"753fca9504fb609ab5999022e22cecd0da3429b9230024efe5d8751f6da179bd","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-79-1007.09","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-79-1007.11"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
