Stat. § 79-2104.01","heading":"Learning community coordinating council; advisory committee; members; duties.","body":"Each learning community coordinating council shall have an advisory committee composed of the superintendent from each member school district or his or her representative. The advisory committee shall:\n(1) Collaborate with the learning community coordinating council on the development, implementation, and evaluation of the community achievement plan;\n(2) Review proposals for focus programs, focus schools, magnet schools, and pathways;\n(3) Provide recommendations for improving the learning community's diversity plan;\n(4) Review results and provide recommendations to the learning community coordinating council regarding the implementation and administration of early childhood education programs for children in poverty; and\n(5) Provide input to the learning community coordinating council on other issues as requested.","path":["Chapter 79 - SCHOOLS"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=79-2104.01","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"ccb3234c9d6efbc65e6344a32a41cbb63376ac95f9bb767cdf7fac26f55b5fc4","source_id":"us-ne","stale":true,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-79-2104","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-79-2104.02"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
