Stat. § 8-2729","body":"(1) A licensee that provides payroll processing services shall:\n\n(a) Issue reports to clients detailing client payroll obligations in advance of the payroll funds being deducted from an account; and\n\n(b) Make available employee paystubs or an equivalent statement to employees.\n\n(2) This section does not apply to a licensee providing payroll processing services where the licensee's client designates the intended recipients to the licensee and is responsible for providing the disclosures required by subdivision (1)(b) of this section.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 8"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=8-2729","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"106f64804d7815c91de13b5c5b273154744d24756307262d8b553b8889a1936d","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-8-2728","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-8-2730"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
