Stat. § 8-2729","heading":"Payroll processing services.","body":"(1) A licensee that provides payroll processing services shall:\n(a) Issue reports to clients detailing client payroll obligations in advance of the payroll funds being deducted from an account; and\n(b) Make available employee paystubs or an equivalent statement to employees.\n(2) This section does not apply to a licensee providing payroll processing services where the licensee's client designates the intended recipients to the licensee and is responsible for providing the disclosures required by subdivision (1)(b) of this section.","path":["Chapter 8 - BANKS AND BANKING"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=8-2729","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-18T05:53:11Z","sha256":"b7054c5402ea4c57a122cdde4cd6058d4d17cd24f198877020f5643db16ff052","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-8-2728","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-8-2730"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
