Stat. § 81-15,159.02","heading":"Terms, defined.","body":"For purposes of the Waste Reduction and Recycling Incentive Act:\n(1) Council means the Environmental Quality Council;\n(2) Department means the Department of Water, Energy, and Environment;\n(3) Director means the Director of Water, Energy, and Environment;\n(4) Scrap tire or waste tire means a tire that is no longer suitable for its original intended purpose because of wear, damage, or defect;\n(5) Tire means any tire made of rubber or other resilient material and normally used on any vehicle;\n(6) Tire-derived product means the usable product produced from a scrap tire.
