Stat. § 81-1613","heading":"Department; produce manuals; contents.","body":"The department shall produce manuals for use by architects, engineers, prime contractors, and owners. Such manuals shall be furnished upon request at a price sufficient to cover the costs of production. Such manuals shall contain, but not be limited to:\n(1) The Nebraska Energy Code;\n(2) Forms, charts, tables, and other data to assist architects, engineers, and prime contractors in meeting the Nebraska Energy Code; and\n(3) Any other information which the department determines will assist local code officials in enforcing the code.","path":["Chapter 81 - STATE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=81-1613","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"de6ea6b2259bbe097a7faf80aac93a4a3629c2503de7d2c5a1dc5077ed550441","source_id":"us-ne","stale":true,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-81-1612","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-81-1614"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
