Stat. § 81-3436.01","heading":"Combined services with construction services; authorized; conditions.","body":"(1) Providing combined services involving the practice of architecture or engineering, or both, with construction services is allowed if:\n(a) An architect participates substantially in, and has direct supervision of, the architectural services provided on the project;\n(b) A professional engineer participates substantially in, and has direct supervision of, the engineering services provided on the project; and\n(c) The rendering of architectural or professional engineering services conforms to the Engineers and Architects Regulation Act and the rules and regulations.\n(2) A temporary permit holder under the act may perform engineering or architectural services pursuant to this section.","path":["Chapter 81 - STATE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=81-3436.01","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"1f55d0406b586d37e30bee1d144d0559b0dd6dc93e516ba549edcc12b327f74e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-81-3436","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-81-3437"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
