Stat. § 84-1313.02","heading":"Retirement system; transfer eligible rollover distribution; conditions.","body":"The retirement system may transfer any distribution of benefits to a member which is an eligible rollover distribution as defined in section 84-1312 in a direct rollover to the deferred compensation plan authorized under section 84-1504 if the following conditions are met:\n(1) The member has an amount of compensation deferred immediately after the rollover at least equal to the amount of compensation deferred immediately before the rollover;\n(2) The account of the member is valued as of the date of final account value;\n(3) The member is not eligible for additional annual deferrals in the receiving plan unless the member is performing services for the state; and\n(4) The deferred compensation plan provides for such rollovers.","path":["Chapter 84 - STATE OFFICERS"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=84-1313.02","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"19898efd1d0718f2284e278f1fc428a6b9cb110522f51b8a4e90b9782567ab7c","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-84-1313.01","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-84-1314"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
