Stat. § 84-1625","heading":"Care quality and patient satisfaction measurements.","body":"A participating provider shall continuously monitor care quality in accordance with a standardized set of care quality and patient satisfaction measurements. Such care quality measurements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:\n(1) Patient engagement measurement, including, but not limited to, the percentage of enrollees who have:\n(a) Completed a health risk assessment; and\n(b) Completed a face-to-face visit to the enrollee's participating provider;\n(2) Prevention measurement, including, but not limited to, the percentage of enrollees who have received appropriate screenings for their age or gender; and\n(3) Chronic disease management.","path":["Chapter 84 - STATE OFFICERS"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=84-1625","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"b9d91fed666c097b7f4caea1ebf48978c5b73336939251caec667821b70e4b9a","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-84-1624","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-84-1626"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
