Stat. § 87-1113","heading":"Privacy notice; required; contents.","body":"A controller shall provide each consumer with a reasonably accessible and clear privacy notice that includes:\n(1) The categories of personal data processed by the controller, including, if applicable, any sensitive data processed by the controller;\n(2) The purpose for processing personal data;\n(3) How a consumer may exercise a consumer right under sections 87-1107 to 87-1111, including the process by which a consumer may appeal a controller's decision with regard to the consumer's request;\n(4) If applicable, any category of personal data that the controller shares with any third party;\n(5) If applicable, any category of third party with whom the controller shares personal data; and\n(6) A description of each method required under section 87-1111 through which a consumer may submit a request to exercise a consumer right under the Data Privacy Act.","path":["Chapter 87 - TRADE PRACTICES"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=87-1113","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"4d881ac44e742718df87a9bde0c7402ec0e81e4da0d4a9043751cb40d3e3b014","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-87-1112","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-87-1114"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
