Stat. § 9-1113","body":"(1) A person who manufactures, sells, or distributes a device that is intended by such person to be used to violate any provision of the Nebraska Racetrack Gaming Act is guilty of a Class I misdemeanor.\n\n(2) A person who marks, alters, or otherwise modifies any gaming device in a manner that (a) affects the result of a wager by determining win or loss or (b) alters the normal criteria of random selection that (i) affects the operation of a game of chance or (ii) determines the outcome of a game of chance is guilty of a Class I misdemeanor.\n\n(3) A person who knowingly possesses any gaming device that has been manufactured, sold, or distributed in violation of the Nebraska Racetrack Gaming Act is guilty of a Class I misdemeanor.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 9"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=9-1113","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"777a342132e6bced255ac61707c0e2a1a4fdc731ca218556e814aa65fa0cde0a","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-9-1112","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-9-1114"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
