U.C.C. § 9-327","heading":"Priority of security interests in deposit account.","body":"The following rules govern priority among conflicting security interests in the same deposit account:\n(1) A security interest held by a secured party having control of the deposit account under section 9-104 has priority over a conflicting security interest held by a secured party that does not have control.\n(2) Except as otherwise provided in subdivisions (3) and (4), security interests perfected by control under section 9-314 rank according to priority in time of obtaining control.\n(3) Except as otherwise provided in subdivision (4), a security interest held by the bank with which the deposit account is maintained has priority over a conflicting security interest held by another secured party.\n(4) A security interest perfected by control under section 9-104(a)(3) has priority over a security interest held by the bank with which the deposit account is maintained.","path":["Uniform Commercial Code","Article 9"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/ucc.php?code=9-327","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:12Z","sha256":"8a68de04a0a6bd2b8cf33728ef245703d37796ae688827375b999f37de542fb0","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-u.c.c.-9-326a","next":"us-ne/neb.-u.c.c.-9-328"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
