{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-100-a-19-e","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 100-A:19-e","heading":"Vested Deferred Retirement.","body":"Notwithstanding the vesting requirements of RSA 100-A:10, any member who has creditable service in both group I and group II with at least 10 years combined creditable service and who, for reasons other than retirement or death, ceases to be a member of the retirement system may elect, as provided in RSA 100-A:10, to receive a vested deferred retirement allowance.
