Any person shall be subject to a civil forfeiture of up to $50,000 for each day of a continuing violation, in addition to enforcement by injunctive relief, who violates:\n(a) Any provision of RSA 147-A or any rule adopted by the commissioner relative to RSA 147-A; or\n(b) Any term or condition of a permit or an order issued under RSA 147-A.\nII. Civil forfeitures levied under RSA 147-A:17, I, shall be paid to the New Hampshire hazardous waste cleanup fund established under RSA 147-B.\nIII.
