{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-151-37","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 151:37","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this subdivision:\nI. \"Commissioner\" means the commissioner of the department of health and human services.\nII. \"Department\" means the department of health and human services.\nIII. \"Serious disability\" means a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of an individual or a loss of bodily function, if the impairment or loss lasts more than 7 days or is still present at the time of discharge from an inpatient health care facility, or loss of a body part.\nIV. \"Surgery\" means the treatment of disease, injury, or deformity by manual or operative methods.
