{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-157-b-17","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 157-B:17","heading":"Exception.","body":"Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter any elevator or accessibility lift which is periodically inspected and tested for safety under a maintenance contract with the company which installed the elevator or accessibility lift shall be exempt from the annual inspection requirements of RSA 157-B:5, so long as the maintenance contract is effective, and the inspection certificate as provided in RSA 157-B:5 shall be posted in the elevator car or accessibility lift platform.
