No person shall advertise fireworks by means of radio, television, newspaper, flyer, catalog, billboard, mobile or stationary sign, or any other means in such a way as to confuse or mislead the public about:\n(a) The conditions under which fireworks may be purchased.\n(b) The conditions under which fireworks may be used.\n(c) The requirements contained in RSA 160-B, RSA 160-C, or any other provision of state or federal law or regulations.\nII. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\nIII.
