The long-term care ombudsman shall establish and maintain a statewide reporting system to collect and analyze data relating to complaints and conditions in facilities for the purpose of identifying and resolving individual and systemic complaints, problems and issues and for the purpose of developing reports as required pursuant to this section.\nII.
