{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-162-l-4-c","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 162-L:4-c","heading":"Community Development Fund for New Hampshire.","body":"There is hereby established in the state treasury the community development fund for New Hampshire, which shall be kept distinct and separate from all other funds. All moneys in the fund shall be nonlapsing and continually appropriated to the community development finance authority. In addition to any state appropriations, the community development finance authority may accept gifts, grants, and donations from other sources, including contributions and loans from businesses, for deposit into the fund.
