{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-167-20-a","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 167:20-a","heading":"Authorization.","body":"For the purpose of medical care services, the department of health and human services may be authorized to make an advance, through the state treasurer, and under a contract approved by governor and council, of funds necessary to provide working capital funds, to a fiscal agent processing payments to medical vendors.
