{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-169-a-3","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 169-A:3","heading":"Juvenile Compact Administrator.","body":"Pursuant to said compact, the governor is hereby authorized and empowered to designate an officer who shall be the compact administrator and who, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, shall promulgate rules and regulations to carry out more effectively the terms of the compact. Said compact administrator shall serve subject to the pleasure of the governor.
