Dietary supplements, as defined in 21 U.S.C. section 321, amended by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, and as may be amended from time to time;\nII. Nonprescription or proprietary medicines, as defined in RSA 318:1, XVIII;\nIII. Toilet, medicinal, or antiseptic preparations that are not fit for use as a beverage; and\nIV.
