A liquor and wine vendor licensee may sell liquor to the commission for resale in this state.\nII. Liquor and wine vendor licenses may be issued only to a manufacturer of liquor, or to the person designated by the manufacturer as the sole supplier of its products for the state of New Hampshire.\nIII. Liquor and wine vendors shall have a licensed representative conduct their business in this state.\nIV.
