No person, except a citizen of the United States or non-citizen who is legally authorized to work, shall be employed to sell or deliver any liquor or beverage.\nII. No on-premises or off-premises licensee shall consume beverage or liquor while working. No employee, as defined in RSA 275:4, II, shall consume beverage or liquor while working.
