{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-179-3","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 179:3","heading":"Forfeiture.","body":"Upon a decree of forfeiture, the beverage and liquor, with the casks, bottles, cases, or containers, may be adjudged to be destroyed, or they, and any other property which may be seized or forfeited under the provisions of this chapter, may be sold in accordance with the decree of the court.
