{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-186-b-12","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 186-B:12","heading":"Licenses.","body":"Blind services shall issue a license for the operation of a vending facility only to a blind person who is able, with such disability, to operate a vending facility. In issuing any license, blind services shall give preference to a blind person who is a resident of this state.
