The name of the loan corporation, which shall clearly identify the qualified educational institution or institutions involved and shall contain the words \"Loan Corporation\";\nII. The object for which the loan corporation is established;\nIII. The provisions for disposition of the corporate assets in the event of dissolution of the loan corporation;\nIV. The address at which the business of the loan corporation is to be carried on;\nV. The amount of capital stock, if any, or the number of shares, if any;\nVI. The signature and post office address of each of the incorporators;\nVII. A true copy of the vote of the educational institution agreeing to form a loan corporation; and\nVIII.
