Each technical committee shall include personnel from all 3 branches of government who have experience in the specific issue that is the focus of the committee. These issues may include but are not limited to:\nI. Hardware, software, and telecommunications standards.\nII. Information technology planning process.\nIII. Development of statewide policies and procedures.\nIV. Emerging Internet and \"intranet,\" or limited network, technologies.\nV. E-government strategy and deployment.\nVI. Wide area network efficiencies.\nVII. Cybersecurity.\nVIII.
