{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-211-61-b","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 211:61-b","heading":"Cooperation with Federal Agencies.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, the executive director of the department of fish and game is hereby authorized to make application to the United States Department of Commerce for cooperation and assistance in the carrying out of projects authorized by the Congress of the United States under the provisions of the Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act of 1964, as amended.
