{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-228-110","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 228:110","heading":"Procedure.","body":"Whenever the department notifies the commission that it is contemplating the use of a public-private partnership contract for design-build-finance-operate-maintain or design-build-operate-maintain services, the department shall submit a written request to the commission for its consideration. The commission shall provide an initial written response to the request to consider a public-private partnership contract within 15 days.
