{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-246-25","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 246:25","heading":"Damages.","body":"Any landowner, or his legal representative, entitled to damages by reason of the closing of any private crossing may file a petition with the department of transportation for the assessment of the same within 30 days from the date of such order, and not otherwise. The department of transportation shall set a date and place of hearing, shall give notice to the parties that may be affected, and shall hear and determine the issues raised.
