Any person applying for a driver's license may present proof of identity in a form satisfactory to the department, provided that any of the following shall satisfy an identification requirement established pursuant to this section:\nI. A current United States passport.\nII. An armed services identification, or other photo identification issued or authenticated by the United States government.\nIII.
