{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-277-a-9","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 277-A:9","heading":"Penalty.","body":"Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be liable for a penalty of not more than $2,500 for each such violation, to be collected in a civil action by the commissioner of labor.
