In addition to any other penalties provided for by law, any person who violates RSA 287-E shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.\nII. Each day on which a bingo game is played or a ticket is sold in violation of RSA 287-E shall constitute a separate offense.\nIII.
