The New Hampshire DAO has procured or maintained its registration through fraud.\nII. The New Hampshire DAO has exceeded or abused its lawful authority under this act.\nIII. The New Hampshire DAO has carried on, conducted, or transacted its business in a persistently fraudulent manner or in a manner that violates clearly established laws.\nIV.
