A certificate of cancellation shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state and set forth:\nI. The name of the limited partnership;\nII. The date of filing of its certificate of limited partnership;\nIII. The reason for filing the certificate of cancellation;\nIV. The effective date and time of cancellation if it is not to be effective upon the close of business on the date of the filing of the certificate; and\nV.
