Except as provided in RSA 304-B:16-k, as soon as the proposed limited partnership action is effectuated, or upon receipt of a payment demand, whichever is later, the limited partnership shall pay each dissenter who complied with RSA 304-B:16-h the amount the limited partnership estimates to be the fair value of such dissenter's partnership interest, plus accrued interest.\nII. The payment shall be accompanied by:\n(a) The limited partnership's balance sheet as of the end of a fiscal year ending not more than 16 months before the date of payment, an income statement for that year, and the latest available interim financial statements, if any;\n(b) A statement of the limited partnership's estimate of the fair value of the limited partnership interest;\n(c) An explanation of how the value of the limited partnership interest was calculated;\n(d) A statement of the dissenter's right to demand payment under RSA 304-B:16-l; and\n(e) A copy of this subdivision, if the limited partnership has not previously sent a copy of this subdivision to the limited partner pursuant to RSA 304-B:16-e or RSA 304-B:16-g.","path":["Title XXVIII: PARTNERSHIPS","Chapter 304-B: UNIFORM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ACT","Dissenters' Rights"],"source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rsa/html/XXVIII/304-B/304-B-16-i.htm","current_through":"2025 regular legislative session, or December 2025","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T14:54:40Z","sha256":"f0853b57c8b41ed30b051e4f59f392e0d4f718b942cecdb94cd35c058c21fbf9","source_id":"us-nh","stale":false,"prev":"us-nh/rsa-304-b-16-h","next":"us-nh/rsa-304-b-16-j"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
