The dissolution of a limited liability company shall mean a change of its purpose to that of a limited liability company that may not carry on any business or other activity except as provided in RSA 304-C:127.\nII.\nWinding up. The winding up of a limited liability company shall mean the process of concluding its existing business activities and all other activities in which it is engaged; concluding its internal affairs; and preparing for its liquidation.\nIII.\nLiquidation.
