The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:\n(a) [Repealed.]\n(b) The qualifications of applicants in accordance with applicable statutes, and the ethical standards required for licensure;\n(c) The examination criteria in accordance with applicable statutes;\n(d) License renewal, including requirements for continuing education;\n(e) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;\n(f) [Repealed.]\n(g) The design of an official seal;\n(h) What constitutes geology experience for the purposes of RSA 310-A:125; and\n(i) Requirements for a waiver of the fundamentals of geology examination under RSA 310-A:129.\nII. [Repealed.]\nIII.
