The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:\n(a) [Repealed.]\n(b) The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character;\n(c) How an applicant shall be examined;\n(d) The criteria for a license to be renewed or reinstated, including late fees and any requirements for continuing education;\n(e) [Repealed.]\n(f) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;\n(g) [Repealed.]\n(h) [Repealed.]\n(i) The design of an official seal; and\n(j) The issuance of corporate practice certificates.\nII.
