{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-310-a-162","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 310-A:162","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this subdivision:\nI. \"Board\" means the advisory board of court reporters as created by this subdivision.\nII. \"Court reporter\" means a person who has met the requirements set forth in this subdivision and is licensed to engage in shorthand reporting or voice writing.\nII-a. \"Executive director\" means the executive director of the office of professional licensure and certification, or designee.\nIII. \"Machine writing\" means the making of a verbatim record of the spoken word by means of the use of phonetic entries into a stenotype machine.\nIV.
