The use of verbatim methods and equipment to capture, store, retrieve, and transcribe pretrial and trial proceedings or other information.\nII. Create verbatim transcripts of speeches, conversations, legal proceedings, meetings, and other events when written accounts of spoken words are necessary for correspondence, records, or legal proof.\nIII. Ensuring a complete, accurate, and secure legal record.\nIV.
