Present or attempt to use the license of another as one's own;\nII. Give any false or forged evidence of any kind to the board or to any board member in obtaining a license;\nIII. Falsely impersonate any other licensee of like or different name;\nIV. Attempt to use an expired or revoked license;\nV. Beginning January 1, 2010, practice home inspections or to offer, advertise, or hold oneself out to the public as being in the practice of home inspection in this state without a license; or\nVI.
